By accessing or using GoalWeave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Service Description

GoalWeave is a business management platform that provides:

User Accounts & Registration

Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.

Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

Company Accounts

Company administrators are responsible for managing user access, data permissions, and ensuring compliance with these terms by all team members.

Subscription & Billing

Subscription Plans

GoalWeave offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing is available on our pricing page and may be updated with notice.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due immediately upon subscription. We accept major credit cards and may offer other payment methods.

AI Credits

AI tools require AI Credits purchased separately. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable. Usage is tracked and deducted in real-time.

Refunds & Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction or ours
  • • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
  • • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Data & Content

Your Data

You retain all rights to your business data. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data to provide our services.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and you acknowledge the inherent risks of internet-based services.

Data Export

You can export your data at any time through our platform features or by contacting support. Data portability is a key principle of our service.

API Usage

API Access

API access is provided for integration purposes. You must comply with rate limits, authentication requirements, and usage guidelines.

API Keys

API keys are confidential and must be kept secure. You are responsible for all activity conducted using your API keys.

Service Availability

Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

GoalWeave is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • • You may export your data for a limited time
  • • We may delete your data after the retention period
  • • Outstanding payments remain due
